Routine maintenance is always easy.
When I call for a Saturday service four or five days ahead, I always get an appointment when I need one. Oil change, inspection, and car wash, no problem. Much easier than the doctor's office! I like that. Also a nice, big, comfortable waiting room with plenty to eat and drink and free newspapers.

Service was good. John Grosso is always the professional. Only problem is that sometimes you have to wait longer than the "15 minutes" they state for the service.

John Grosso is helpful when there is a problem with my car. He let's me know if my car needs something else other than why I bought it to the dealership. Clean friendly atmosphere in the service dept.
