Same faces, same great service since 2011!
Been in service business all my life, these people do it right, from the moment you arrive and are clocked in, to when you sit in their lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut and watch TV, to the moment you are explained all that happened as well as the charges. This is the place to purchase and service your vehicle.

Forgot to wash my car. Then service said they would bring it to the wash. When we got to the section they didn't wanna wash it. It was a back and forth thing.

Issue surrrounding misplaced screws resolved.
Returned to dealer upon finding 2 screws left in cowl during previous service visit. Told they were mistakenly left there by technician and came from air filter during last visit. Technician had replaced with new ones at that time. All good and once again, John Grasso rectified the matter expeditiously and professionally. Thanks again, John !!

Poor service
Car took 4 hours for a routine oil change, asked service consultant and when I scheduled the appointment to please have them look at my super fluid dispenser since it wasn't dispensing even when full. I picked my car up after being there for 4 hours and checked the wipers, it wasn't addressed. When I asked the service consultant he provided no assistance and just pushed me off to another consultant (to the one I originally told about the wipers) they mentioned dropping the car AGAIN and that they don't do loaner vehicles .. nothing but disappointment every time I use this service center. I leased 2 cars from this location but I am always left unhappy after using the service
