No phone call after servicing
Went for oil change and a few minor issues. By 5:00 pm we hadnt received a call that car was done so went to see. Place was closed and we had to argue to get car because it was needed for next day to get to work.

Great Work By John Grasso in the Service Department.
Despite multiple issues with the Financing Department regarding my vehicle's warranty, John Grasso worked diligently and professionally to ensure that my vehicle was repaired and got it back to me as soon as possible. John returned all my calls and contacted me with any and all information as we navigated through the bureaucracy. John is definitely an asset to Hyundai's service Department and truly understands how to provide Customer Service.

Worst service place
It is such a shame that I love my car so much because having to take it to the Hyundai service shop for something as simple as an oil change is the worst experience ever. They always find something else Wrong with the car and it takes forever! My car magically had a safety recall on it that needed to be done immediately yet I was never notified about the recall until I took it upon myself to bring it in. It's so unprofessional how some of the service employees are. If I didn't love my car so much this would be my last time dealing with them.
