Jake and Don do a great job getting your car checked in, serviced and out. They are excellent at communicating the services and/or work done on your vehicle. I've purchased 5 cars from them over the years. I doubt that I will be going anywhere else.

Great product and service
I continue to be very pleased with my 2010 Genesis. Despite its age, it continues to be a pleasure to drive and relatively trouble-free.
I find the prices in line with the in-and-out service chains, but I trust the routine service at Eckert Hyundai and the staff could not be friendlier or more appreciative of my business.

Update and improve customer waiting area. Greet customer and show them where they can wait and where they can check out. Give an estimate of how long they will wait. Provide some bottled water and small snacks. Send text message when car is done not 30 minutes later.
