First off i would like to apologize on behalf of my staff we have apparently let you down. I am the Service Manager, i don't remember ever speaking to you at all, i would have washed it myself. I do apologize once again and it certainly is your choice on where you do your future servicing. We would love to have you here but if not i understand. (When washed it takes 30 minutes, (we should have explained that) we hand wash and vac at no cost)

We do wash cars for customer upon request, we hand wash them, we don't have a machine, most of or customers have time constraints. However if you would like a wash please feel free to ask and they will do it, this should have been made to your attention.

In the owners manual it has a maintenance schedule or you can go to myhyundai.com and it will also show it there. register your car there and Hyundai will be able to send you special offers as well.
