Buying a new car
We had an excellent experience picking up our new Rav4 that we had ordered and were waiting for to arrive. Matthew Townsend is a highly knowledgeable and skilled salesman. He patiently walked us through all the necessary steps to inspect and test drive our new car, and then Joe Meusec guided us through the rather long process of signing all the paperwork and payment procedure. We've dealt with Vancouver Toyota for 12 years and find all the staff very courteous and competent, a pleasure to work with, no matter what department. Highly recommend them. The bottom line: Toyota vehicles are unbeatable for quality and reliability, which is why we stick with them, year after year.

Best car buying experience ever!

Matthew was easy to work with. Very helpful with my leasing and operating my new Venza, which I am very happy with.
Was disappointed with my trade in value. It was $2.000 to 2,500 less than KKB suggested for the pristine condition and the low mileage (3,000) of my 2021 Camry. It was “lot ready” and listed at $39,000.
I took the deal because I waited quite awhile for my Venza, not because I thought it was a good deal.
Also I would like to understand the lease document a little better. This is my second lease with Toyota Financial and I was just as confused.
Having said that I am very happy with my Venza and my experience with Mathew.
