Matt Austin is an asset to the dealership. Each time he is my service tech he takes the time to go over not just what I came in for, but anything that needs immediate attention. For scheduled maintenance, we set up the order of most urgent which helps to budget time and money spent. Also he calls me by name. Having worked with the public, I know how important that is to the customer.

Great Service Can't Be Beat
I have been using Tameron Hyundai for two years now and service has been excellent. Recently I was due for tires, oil change and fuel system service.
All I had to do to select tires was call Mark at the service center and he sent me several options at different price points. I made my selection and he had
the tires waiting and ready. No run around. Also, for those of you who like to be treated with respect, note that I did not buy my auto at Tameron but
you would never know it. My wife and I have been treated well there.

Service tech needs work
We use Matt. He is wonderful. Not my complaint AT ALL! We were told by the mechanic we needed tires and we don’t. We have a “high wear indicator “. True they aren’t brand new but they acted like I needed them right this minute. And we asked to have our windshield washer hose fixed where we can wash the window and wasn’t even done. Just a bit frustrating.
