Good service and good timing.
I went to Tameron Hyundai for oil change, air filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. This was all done within an hour.

I feel confident taking my Hyundai Tuscan to Tameron Hyundai. I have had issues when I have used other companies to change my oil. I know I will be taken care of and the staff will go out of their way to help me.

I got a letter in the mail for recall... went in to get the recall taken care of & the service gentlemen said I could also do the15,000 mile check up at the same time... I agree to that! While I was waiting for the service to be done I was invited to eat lunch in the waiting room! WOW! The service for both the recall & the 15,000 mile service was done in one hour! Can’t get much better service then that!!!

Great service
The car service was fast, and in the waiting area the dealership had fresh Chick-Fil-A biscuits in the morning, replacing them with Jimmy Johns sandwiches for lunch around 11am. I continue to be impressed with how nice and friendly the staff are.

I had my 2017 Veloster serviced Tuesday at Tameron and received top notch friendly customer service once again. I live in Birmingham, while the drive to Hoover is never fun it’s worth the ride to Tameron.

JOE AND MATT ARE SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAIN OPTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER.
THE WORK IS PERFORMED AS PROMISED, AND IF A PROBLEM SHOULD APPEAR THEY WILL WORK IT OUT TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
WE HAD A BATTERY IN KEY PROBLEM RECENTLY (UNRELATED TO ANY OF THEIR WORK), BUT IT MADE THE CAR ACT VERY STRANGE.
MATT HAD TO TALK ME DOWN OFF THE CLIFF TO A SIMPLE SOLUTION, AND ALL IS WELL.
