Poor Sales Experience!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this dealership. The paperwork process took over 5 hours, which is unacceptable. The sales advisor was rude and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. The dealership itself was disorganized and messy. When the car was finally delivered, it was dirty, and the gas tank wasn’t even full. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Not pleased
Had a vehicle towed there, JUST to have it looked at to estimate repair costs. 2 weeks later, I had to call as we did not hear anything from them. Now it turns out, we owe them 500 for a repair we did not want nor did we authorize to actually have repaired. When asked about it, Terry asked "well why is it here? What do you want me to do?" As I stated BEFORE the vehicle was towed there, to have it JUST looked at, and an estimate cost of repair. They went ahead and did it anyways. Recommend getting anything they say in WRITING.

Great service with Scott
Scott was the man and really helped with repairing my vehicle. Michael was not the greatest but did a great job with the overview.

Car died 2 weeks after service
After waiting months for an appointment, finally got my oil change and routine maintenance. Car died 2 weeks later on a road trip. Not impressed with the experience at Demo - Plus/Premium!

Slow, and expensive
They could do a lot better at communicating. I am still waiting to hear from them on a few items. I wished it was a better experience.

Slow Service and Rude Staff!
Took my car to the shop for a quick oil change and it took over 3 hours to complete the service. When I asked the staff about the wait time, they were extremely rude and short in their response. I will not return here for service again in the future and will ensure my friends and family avoid this business!
