Every time I have had service at this Hyundai dealer, I've been impressed by the personal feeling and fast, polite service. This time I used the free shuttle service and had a great conversation with Sylvester, my driver. It just added to the whole experience, which I really appreciated.

Shift knob
Not the dealer's fault but it took 2 weeks to get a replacement shift knob. If it was back ordered the first time they should have pulled one from another car. It was very uncomfortable shifting without a knob

From calling to make my appointment to coming in, Hyundai staff were genuinely friendly and fair. They didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things and they also explained everything in detail to me before I left. Only downside was having to wait at the service area for 15 minutes past my appointment time before being helped or directed. Other than that, great! Great touch was the vacuuming of the carpets, little things like that go a long way. Thank you!
