Not great this time.
Service writers are always polite and professional. Management is exemplary in their attempts at correcting less than satisfying visits. The mechanics have always done very neat and professional work, strong reason for my purchase of a second car. But in this instance the work was made worse, and not brought to my attention. If I didn't catch it, I may very well have been made the blame, this is NOT acceptable. I still have faith, but will watch more clocely in the future.

My service, an oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The complimentary car wash is the best in town and adds to the value of the service. I left a portfolio and a magazine at the cashier's. This was discovered after the Service Dept. was closed, but one of your managers took the time to find my reading material. Thanks to all.
