I have been a customer at this facility for a couple years now. They have always been courteous and pleasant. This visit was a more expensive visit than my usual oil change, but they allowed me to combine a few coupons to save some money. I appreciate all the work that they do!

Good people who deliver on quality service.
Dealership is excellent I would be happy to do business with them again but never with another Hyundai. They are not supported by Hyundai of North America to resolve significant issues like my engine problems that are documented and many customers are dealing with day in and day out.

make things right
I was pleased with the service. The service conciere told me they were having an issue with correcting my passenger side mirror. When i pushed the button it would not fold in. He came back about 10-15 minutes later and said it was fixed. I took this survey because i had an issue about six months ago with service. I wrote a not so nice review and got a call back from the service manager. Told the service manager my concern and after reviewing my service logs and verbalizing my concern the service manager agreed that i did have an issue and compensated me accordingly. Yes, i am pleased with the service. Especially their ability to make things right.

Loss of Oil, Squeaking noise inside car
I have been losing oil from my car for 2-3 months. I have been out of state, but the problem could not be found at the dealership. I took my car to St. Augustine, FL dealership and they found and corrected the problem that day. The main focus of the visit was the oil loss, but I have had a problem with a squeaking noise inside my car for over a year, but no one at either dealership has been able to find it. I know this is a difficult problem to resolve, but it does make me consider another type of vehicle with my next purchase. I have had this Santa FE evaluated about 5-6 times for the noise.
