Horror
This garage sell used cars and I dealt with Jeff Dyke. He kept saying full disclosure but he didn't disclosed a lot of dents and issues with car. After a week and already in the airport in OR to pixk up the car, he told me the latch on the rear hatch broke.
This along with a lot of other dents in the roof, sides are not disclosed. After I put in down of 1K before finding out all of these issues, he agreed to return half of my money after August 16th. But now he doesn't even open my message on FB and avoiding me. I have his signed letter agreeing to return my $500 after August 16.
Avoid this place specially Jeff Dyke at all cost.

Cant fix the basic things
So in the past year i have had an oil leak,they replaced the pan gasket and it still leaked,they siad it was from the valve cover gasket and it still leaked,they siad it was the oil sensor and dipstick and it still leaked and then they did the pan gasket again and guess what it still is leaking also had them try to find a radiator leak and it stillbleaks,then to top it off i had them to replace a airbag clock sensor and it goes right under the steering wheel and granted it was not the right part but they should have known that before charging me $400. And knowing they were ripping me off....they cant do the simple things and now they wont return calls so please dont go to this place unless you want to pay overpriced shop fees $125..what a joke you

Employees film customers cars interiors and post them to TikTok without permission
They have an employee there by the name of Jesse insulting customers and their cars on TikTok, This is the link to his TikTok account https://www.tiktok.com/@jesse_not_james.

I feel that multiple customers had that trust broken when he essentially trashed them for the world to see without their permission. This could easily be you, thinking you're going to get help. I'm from the area and I would never trust my vehicle there, knowing you have employees that would try to embarrass me by filming the inside of my vehicle, or criticizing work done to it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
They did a diagnosis on my truck, told me they needed to change the spark plugs that we had just changed one week earlier as well as the wires, also brand new, saying the wires were pinched (they weren't) it didn't fix the problem which is EXACTLY what we told them when we brought it in. They than changed my injector and charged me $875!! I picked up my car, paid the outrageous bill and drove home. The truck smelled like gas but I figured they spilled some while changing the injector. The next day, drove to work, 20 mile, lost a 1/4 tank of gas and almost choked on the fumes in my truck. Got to work, had my boyfriend check it and found the injector SPEWING gasoline all over the hot engine compartment. SO lucky it didn't catch fire! Called them and argued over whether or not I wanted them to touch my vehicle again and FINALLY got $349 back from them! These guys are dishonest and lazy ( anyone would have bothered to look they would have seen the gas spewing everywhere) and will rip you off if you give them a chance to. Notice their reviews are all old..I hear they USED to be good but trust me, that has changed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
