At Auto Diagnostic we take pride in accuracy when it comes to diagnostic process and not over selling what we can't prove to be a problem. We scanned the computer on his car. It had misfires recorded on all cylinders. Upon removing spark plugs they were terribly worn out. #2 had a carbon track on the coil and spark plug. We recommended Spark plug replacement and #2 coil. He approved the work and it was completed test driven with no problems and was returned to customer.
We were contacted later about the car not running well and the service engine light was on. We as a policy will scan a computer for no charge if a person has paid for a service as a continuation of service. Issac stopped by and we scanned the computer and it had misfire codes on all 6 cylinders again. We know the spark plugs are not worn out now so we shared some bulletins with him of potential problems and made an appointment that he did not keep. You can not repair a car that is not returned for service.
When you service evident problems with a vehicle and it doesn't exhibit any problems when test driven and returned to customer does not guarantee the vehicle does not have other problems. 
When evident problems are repaired it does no guarantee there are not more problems or future problems that will arise with said vehicle. This is not a failure on the part of Auto Diagnostic & repair center or it's policies. Thank you for reading this response.
