Took my Lexus IS 300 in to get several repairs, one being to replace the drivers side window regulator. I was charged $160 for the part and $55 for labor for a total of $215. After getting the car back the window still made a popping sound and was told by the owner that that's normal (even though the other 3 windows do not make a popping sound.) Finally after a while the same window broke again and I had to take the door panel off and get the glass and found that it was the original part and they had just used JB Weld to repair it.
After researching the new part cost around $90, but they opted to use $5 in JB Weld, so this means they profited $210 instead of $125, if they would have actually bought the new part like was told to them and they said it had been replaced.
This is a very good scam, jerry rig parts and tell the customer they have been replaced, so when it eventually breaks again you can charge them again, but unfortunate for them I actually know how to work on my car and know that it was rigged and not actually fixed.
I suggest to anyone to stay with your car for repairs to see if they are actually doing the work and not just cutting corners to maximize their profits.
It's sad that you can't trust people these days!!!

Johnny said he likes the way Craig does stuff. He is a good guy to have work on a customer's vehicle. He does not take his vehicle anywhere he does not trust, which is why he uses this business.
Spoke with Jean. She said this business is absolutely wonderful. She has known them for years. They provide wonderful service, and the staff is super nice. She and Donald are well pleased. She has already highly recommended them to others. She will not allow anyone else to touch her vehicle. Craig has the best personality, and the receptionist is excellent, and welcoming.
Spoke with Gail. She said this business was really nice, did as they said, and contacted her whenever anything was questionable. As far as she can tell, her vehicle is fixed. Everything was fine.
