Problem solved
I brought my 2010 Cadillac to Automotive Services of Boston for a recurring problem of moisture on the inside windshield. ASB did a quick and correct diagnosis that the issue was caused by a clogged sunroof drain. Problem quickly resolved with minimal cost. This morning, the windshield was totally clear. Thank you.
