Stay far away. Trust the negative reviews
Stay far away! I read the reviews before having my car taken in, they were the closest, so I gave it a chance. Horrible choice, in the process of fixing my car the blew out the footwell module and claimed they did nothing wrong. Now the windows, headlights and windows don't work. Funny thing is they worked enough to put the window down slightly when the car got to the shop but them not working after, they say is not their fault. Bad place, trust the bad reviews. Many better places in the area!

Do not let this company take advantage of you!
So first off, if you want the cheapest parts you can get such as duralast brake pads that you could buy yourself for 19.99 and rotors that cost 15 dollars each at autozone, that then get marked up; so with labor its 600 for two wheels only. Parts cost them 45 dollars. Or how about the no credit check financing for that 600 brake job? Dont worry, it's interest free for 90 days. Then its 198% APR. That's a predatory loan. If you care about your car and yourself, dont get played at Bartel's auto clinics.

Highly Recommend This Place!
My 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a few problems. They fixed the problems I knew about and pointed out one I hadn't seen. They took me out to the car and showed it to me, instead of just telling me about it. And they did it all in the same day! My old car is running like new!

Car tire popped off while driving
This company supposedly replaced my rim on my truck, however they never tightened the screws right and now the entire wheel came off while driving

fixed, but not all cables replaced
My wife brought her car in for an oil change and for diagnosis of high coolant temperature. They found that the radiator needed to be replaced and did so. The next day the car lost power during driving. We pulled over and it wouldn't start. I open the hood to find that the ground connection to the alternator had either not been replaced or had come loose. We got a jump an went on our way after I replaced the connection. This would have been a mess if I had not been with my wife. Yes, admittedly a minor point, but we pay for professional service.

Fast and Easy
I broke my rear view mirror off on my V.W. Jetta.i drove into there service without any appointment on a Saturday and they re-installed the mirror at NO CHARGE to me! they only asked i return when a oil change is needed and its only $24.99. I'll return, GREAT SERVICE, Thanks

Horrible Customer Service
waited at the counter....could here people laughing in the office...the owners wife came in...never even said hi or told anyone in the back that there were 2 people waiting for help, the one guy left...OVERPRICED! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

High Prices
Repair work was done when promised, and calls were made to keep me advised. However, prices were very high. $28 for a neg battery cable. 1 1/2 hrs to install the cable. Why too high.
