Alignment Check
After checking many Alignment places, I decided on Bear, even though it wasn't the closest to where I live, I was impressed with the history and vision statement of the company. I wasn't disappointed, Emily, at the front desk, was cordial and very knowledgeable. I knew what to expect and they delivered, I was in and out in an hour and even got a discount, although I didn't have a coupon. The technician did an inspection and wrote down what might be good to get done in the near future. My alignment turned out great, no driving issues. I will definitely come back for any maintenance instead of going to the Honda dealer. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Professionalism at its finest!
I will never go anywhere else to have any of my vehicles serviced! Emily and the guys are superb, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I come in, Emily is happily waiting behind the counter, and always with a smile on her face. She is one of the main reasons I return! The service is quick and impeccable. I am thankful to have found this team! Thank you all at Bear and Brake for everything you do for the Murrieta/Temecula area!

Excellent service and great staff
The service desk was simply awesome clear on costs and when service would be performed. After the alignment was performed clear communications on what was needed.

Took in my van for oil change not good
Took my van in for oil change end up with broke radiator which was replace by bear and my air conditioning was also broken. Bear wanted to charge $1100 plus for their mistake.

BEAR took on a considerable task to ensure robust reform, and I love it. They put it back accurately and efficiently, and ran several tests, complimenting the second review to trim all the remaining fine realignments to provide the best results. Thank you all at Bear!!
