Brandon is the man!
In November I ended up having to shop for a new car after my car was totaled. I was very specific about the kind of car I was looking for down to the color and trim. From the moment I reached out everyone at Bob King has been great, especially Brandon! I gave him a little bit of a hard time because I was searching for the car that I wanted in a 400mi radius and it took me about a week to make a physical visit to the dealership however, not once did I ever feel pressured in any way.
The test drive went great as well, I got to enjoy the car's features and capabilities while Brandon and I carried on an everyday conversation.
The financing process was super easy and Bob encouraged me to take my time to read through all of the material I had to sign if I had any questions or was unsure about anything.
The main thing that won me over with this dealership was their transparency on pricing. Being my search radius was so wide I asked many dealers for pricing out the door to help me compare deals. Many dealerships ignored my request or gave me extreme pushback however, Bob King was clear-cut with their pricing from day 1 with me.
They will be my first choice in 2023 when I am looking to purchase another car!

Service Departme t
The sales staff here is excellent. Dominique is the man to speak with about getting in a car. But, the service department is horrendous. Hyundai associates speak highly of their warranty, but the service department fails to execute it. I bought my 2022 Kona N-Line brand new, and it starred misfiring. I first brought it in for an oil change, which exceeded 3 hours. The misfiring continued so I brought it back in for a "proper diagnosis." They said a fuel sample would be taken and another company would further assist on what to do next. Two weeks later, I haven't heard a thing on what's going on with my brand new car.

Service Department
I purchased a warranty when I bought my car.. The first time I made an appointment, it was 6 hours to get it serviced. The service department was disorganized, car sat idle for very long periods and they took walk-ins during my service, putting my car on-hold. Overbooking, taking walk-ins totally negates the reason for having an appointment. The staff is courteous and apologetic, but time is valuable to everyone. My husband and I are both self-employed and time is money. He has taken my car twice as I refuse to come back due to the amount of time it takes to get a simple service. He was there for 4 1/2 hours yesterday yet again. Ridiculous to take so much time for something that should take about an hour.

Service department is horrible
The service department at Bob King Hyundai is atrocious. I went a total of 3 times and each time the service got worse and worse. Nothing they told me up front was accurate and every bit of information was either false or misleading. The service management team was super rude and demeaning as well. Steer clear at all costs.

I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this dealership. I HATE pushy salespeople and that is the furthest thing from the atmosphere at bob king Hyundai. Mervin was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful!
