Overpriced
The work was done and done well, the problem was they WAY overcharge for their services. I got new brakes (rotors, brake pads, etc) and they charged me TWICE as much as the previous owner. When I asked about the bill, they told me some silly song and dance about how that's the going rate, etc. I stupidly gave them a second chance and they overcharged me again!!! Furious! They definitely inflate their prices.
Maybe since they are located in Briarcliff they have wealthy clients who don't check their bills or don't care but that's not me. The owner also bragged about how he has top mechanics who make 6 figures. Because you overcharge your customers!!! Never went back again.
Kathleen said the service was good. She would recommend them to others.

Very accommodating - they did the inspection on my car with no notice. The owners and staff are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend Briarcliff Auto Services.
I've been to Briarcliff Auto Services since it took over from Double R, which I'd used for about 30 years. Their work is very competent and the staff are friendly. Their hourly rate for repairs seems high, but that ($80/hour) may be more common than I realize.
