Beware!
This is the second time I’ve been here. This time with a new truck that has less that 2,000 miles on it. I’ve had problems with the speakers having no sound. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it’s annoying. It was actually happening when I bought it (from another dealership) but we were traveling and figured I’d deal with it when I got home. Bud Clary said I’d be charged if it wasn’t happening while they were servicing it! It’s a new truck!!! I walked out having nothing fixed. I’ll drive out of town before I ever go here again.

3+ hours for an OIL change and tire rotation
I had a scheduled oil change. The time of my appointment was 10:45 a.m. I got there and was told nothing about what time my vehicle would be done, so I sat in the waiting room. After 2.5 hours of sitting there and waiting, I went out to service and asked what the long delay was about, said that it shouldn't take 2.5 hours for an OIL change and was then told that one of their lifts was down for maintenance. Now I am mad. Not only did they NOT tell me that when I got there, they didn't mention how far behind they were or how long it would take. I figured an hour and I would be out of there. But now they have me held hostage beca7se they've got my pickup and all I can do is sit there and wait. I told them to get it together and get me out of there. It ended up being over 3+ hours of sitting there, waiting, with no updates or checking in with me. Treatment like this, not being given ANY information when checking in for the appointment, being totally ignored and not given an update until I went out to the service desk/garage and then made to wait longer ... this kind of repetitive treatment is UNACCEPTABLE. The last time I had my oil changed there it was LITERALLY the same story. "Oh, sorry you weren't told about how far behind we are" or not giving the customer updates after about an hour... it's totally unacceptable!!!!! I sat there for OVER 3 D*MN HOURS today, for an OIL change and tire rotation. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Not only that, but I was told my tires/wheels needed aligned. I had just had it done 4 days prior at Les Schwab. I looked at the guy, already extremely mad about the b.s. that had already happened, and said "Now I know you guys are full of sh!t because I just had it done 4 days ago." His response was that maybe I hit a curb and knocked it out of alignment. DO you know what I do for a living? I am a professional driver. A truck driver. My pickup hasn't "run over any curbs".
I then told him I wasn't going to be "Bud Clarried" (lied to) into spending more money with them on a damn lie.
Not only will I NEVER bring my vehicle back to Moses Lake or any other Bud Clary for service, you have lost me as a future customer next time I need to buy a vehicle.
There aren't any reasons why this happens on a regular basis other than this is their practice. As I said before, it's not the first time this has happened, but it WILL BE THE LAST.

Bud Clary Oil Change Services
Service was done very well, staff is pretty friendly and I have brought my truck and car, they have an amazing package deal with great prices. Service does take a while I there for 2 hours but nonetheless great time and services offered.

Awesome
Very friendly and polite service. I took my camaro in to have the oil change, he told what time it done and they were done before the actual time they told me. They also have a shuttle that will drive you to wherever you need to go and pick you up when your vehicle us if you didn't want to wait in the lobby.
