I am very satisfied with Portland Service Center. I dropped off my Subaru on Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday service and Dave called on Wednesday late morning to say it was ready. It was running very well after I picked it up and the next weekend I gave it a good run to New Hampshire. They are very good.

Helpful and responsive in every way
From booking the appt to talking through the many, many repairs my son's car needed, could not have been kinder, helpful, and patient. Never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and genuinely wanted to help. Appreciated their attention to cost as an important factor. I wish everyone could have people to work with as terrific as this crew.

Always Superior

While not typical, the wait time for my appt was longer than usual this time, though.

Inspection
Per usual, this is my favorite shop when I need to visit one. Always professional, kind, and straight shooters. I won't go anywhere else....they book out a couple of weeks on average, but I would rather wait for an honest mechanic than rush off to someone that I don't know!

Excellent repair facility
Only scheduled for an oil change. Upon checking the car also found that I needed a rear brake light. Both tasks were completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this facility for servicing your car.
