Looking back now, things don't feel right.
I bought a Hyundai SUV towards the end of last year. I had initially arranged my own financing, but CMA of Lynchburg suggested that I take out a loan from one of their network partners. Six months after purchasing the car, I received a letter from the loan holder stating that I needed a specific type of car coverage. I feel this is something that CMA Hyundai of Lynchburg should have mentioned to me beforehand. They have someone who deals strictly with financing, and this was a pretty big surprise. If I had known this, I would have likely gone with the financing I initially planned on using. At the end, the onus is also on me, I should have read through the entirety of the loan contract. But looking back now, CMA also does not have their hands clean. It seems they were quite focused on closing the sale, and I hope they can improve their communication and transparency with customers in the future.

Great service
I had an appointment for a State Inspection and the staff were prompt in checking me in and performing the inspection. It took 20 minutes, I checked out and was on my way. I didn’t buy my car from this dealership, but I take it there for the great service that I always receive.

Love my New Car & Terell Braxton was the perfect salesperson
Love my new car. 2022 Kona. It's such a fun car to drive.
Terell Braxton is a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and was kind and patient with me. I didn't feel pressured in any way.
It was 5 star service at this dealership and with Terell.

Tailight replacement
Excellent service! Kevin walked out to the parking lot with me to discuss the moisture issue in the rear taillights and took the tome to show my wife and I the new taillight and discussed the issue with us.

Billy courteously greeted us in thr waiting area and checked us out.

We purchased our Hyundai Santa Cruz here and would recommend no other dealership other than Craft Hyundai for the purchase and service of a new Hyundai.

Very accommodating
Thought I arrived 20 minutes early, actually arrived 23 hours and 40 minutes late on the day before Thanksgiving. Service manager quickly juggled a few things and I was still out in less then an hour. Two big thumbs up to you guys.

Thanks for the feedback.  Sorry about the delay in scheduling.  It's difficult to find people who want to work right now.  As far as the TV goes, I am terribly sorry about The View being on.. We do our best to catch when that happens and change the channel.  That said, I hope you can forgive us for our shortcomings this go around and rate us 5 stars.
