The sales is crew is great the service department is absolutely horrible over 2hrs for an oil change and still waiting on them to finish the oil change!

Great buying experience!!!
I purchased a vehicle in Nov. 2022. After a few adjustments the vehicle was very satisfactory. The salesperson, Olivia, was very respectful, knowable, and concern that all details were to my satisfaction. Two weeks ago, my vehicle was due for service. I was made aware of the vehicle exchange program, I really had no intentions of trading the vehicle purchased in Nov. 2022; however, Olivia was able to show me what I could qualify for in a new 2023. Well, after seeing what was available , I made the decision to purchase the 2023 Tucson. I really appreciate the hospitality and professionalism provided by the staff, especially Olivia and also Jermaine. Thanks again!!!

Horrible Service Department
The service department is horrible if you need a shuttle you might as well walk I was late for work twice waiting on a shuttle back to work. They also ran my car through the car wash and knocked my antenna off and places it back in my car without saying a word to me. I told them not to ever wash my car and they did anyway. One time they were suppose to pick me up from work and they never showed up and yes they knew I needed a ride because I had just texted someone about picking me up. I talked to the service manager Larry and that was a complete waste of time his exact words were "ok so I will make a note on your account that you don't want a shuttle or car wash". He never addressed the issue. I also spoke with the Chris in the finance department so I can get my money back on the pre paid oil changes that I purchased when I financed my car he was a little better but again he never addressed the problems that I had he stated that they are short staffed and that is why it is the wait time it so long for oil changes. When my husband took me around the building to get my car what do we see but one of the techs riding around on a hoover board. That is one of the reasons your service time is so long the techs that are showing up for work are playing around. Needless to say I will not be going back and I highly recommend you guys go to a different car lot if you want better service.

Easiest car experience
Jon T. Was my sales person. I had looked at a car online. Immediately, I got a text. We did most everything over the phone. When I showed up he had all the paper work ready. Did not have to go through the process of waiting, and given the run around. I was looking at a used car, and he got me in a brand new 2023. Everyone was great from start the finish. I will definitely refer friends, and family there.

Service department is the worst
I think Hyundai in general is a terrible product. They do not back up your warranty on your vehicle. I purchased a new car with 25k on it from a lease. The engine on the car broke at 40k. That is how reliable these cars are. So my experience with the dealership is not any better. The service manager Larry does not care about the customer and is only protecting the dealerships money or Hyundai money. He was absolutely rude and basically said to damn bad I don’t care about you or your car. When I went in to talk to the general manager the salesman were so rude and even wanted to start an altercation. This company and its employees Are garbage they like to say they care about customer service, when in actuality they only care about your money. Buyers understand, this is a very low quality product made in South Korea. The salesman will try to sell you any ol piece of garbage knowing it’s low quality and that it will probably break down and make them more money in the shop. Ultimately when the engine breaks they will not fix it, they will doctor your car up to look as though you’ve never taken care of it and then blame you. Don’t go thru the trouble I have. This was our family car that the dealership and manufacture said they would take care of us. That would look out for us that promised no unfair treatment. Well here We are with a car with no engine and we’re still have to make payments. Thank you Chris Crain you are a staple of the community taking advantage of people in your own community, taking advantage of my family and I. Oh but you don’t care you have my money, right Chris Crain.

2nd to none there service dept is the best!
Bought the car from a used dealership. After the first week it started knocking. Used dealership sent it to a shop for 2 weeks to replace a catalytic converter. “3hour job”. I got the car back not fixed paid my deductible and bought it to Hyundai in conway. They worked on my car for five hours for free! Told me they couldn’t condemn the motor just yet but when it blows hyundai would replce motor at no cost to me. Then like a BOSS! They extended my manufacture warranty to 115,000 upgraded my knock sensor so when the knock got bad enough it would show up on diagnostics . This morning my car went into limpmode flashing check engine just like they said it would . And now im at the dealership waiting for them to open.

Bought a truck
I found Chris Crain Hyundai online and contacted them about a truck I was interested in. The salesman contacted me promptly and we organized a deal. I specifically requested for them to contact my lending institution for a good interest rate and they said they did so but when I spoke to my lending intuition, they had a different story which means I will have to refinance in a couple of months to get a better interest rate. In short, they lied. Next when I talked to the finance manager we arranged a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and when the truck was delivered it was a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty again they lied. I called to ask about this but they would not return my call. Finally, the interior of the truck I purchased was filthy. I took my wife for a ride and she called the inside grotesque and will not ride in my vehicle until I have it detailed. I was pleased I made the deal over the phone and it was delivered but overall it was not a good experience.

I am writing this review to give a loud shout out to one of your sales rep's Mr. Jeff Dean! From the first time we spoke on the phone he listened with concern and sincere care to what I was looking for and continued to keep in touch with me at my convenience and on his own time as well! He continued to search and wait for that vehicle he knew I was waiting for to the extent of declining a car I had waited on due to the fact that it did not meet the high standard he wanted to sell to his customer! So, with all of that to say Chris Crain Hyundai is Blessed to have Jeff on that team who still puts integrity and customer service above the extra buck!! That is hard to find these days and is exceptional!! He deserves the highest regard and business!! Thank you Jeff for your continued follow through! This is only part one of this experience!

Totally uncalled for !!!!
They sold a truck completely out from under me.I thought it was very unprofessional.I already had a check made out. I was even first inline.Typical used car dealership for you.They were very nice at first.
Be careful.I was told they were not affiliated with the other Crain car dealerships . Because they are outright dirty from experience..I usually do not get this upset but this will go to the Better Business Bureau..
