Tried to charge us for a problem they created

We brought our Elantra in for some warranty work. I drive behind this vehicle for about 15 minutes to drop it off and all of the brake lights and tail lights were working properly. When we went to pick it up the said that all three brake light bulbs were burned out and wanted $175 to change the bulbs. They stuck to their story and would not allow that something they did had burned out the bulbs. I am very disappointed and will not use this service department again.

They're a bunch of crooks.

One star is more than they deserve, but since that is the lowest option I had to choose it. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have regretted it since. The vehicle I financed was marketed at $6k, which was jumped up to $8k since the vehicle i traded in was still being paid off. The dealership added an additional $2k to the finance, bringing the total price above $10k. Because of this, I now have to pay 5 years worth of interest on a vehicle that would have been paid off within the first year. A vehicle that was deemed a total loss by insurance. They also ADDED the down payment i had made to the price of the vehicle, instead of removing it from the total cost! If you are even the slightest bit intelligent, you'll avoid this stealership at all costs. Don't make the same mistake i did and allow this shady business to steal your hard earned money from you.

BUYER BEWARE!

About 4 years ago my wife and I bought a used 2012 Santa Fe from Crossroads Hyundai in Loveland. It turns out that the car was in a accident which they disclosed. But, the salesman told me when I asked him what kind of damage the car had. That it was not bad, that it was like a fender bender! The disclosure was NOT a Carfax report which is why I'm writing this review. It was one that didn't include the damage report....
So when we went to trade it in, it was then that we found out that the car had severe damage to the front, side and rear of the car! Had they been honest when I asked about the damage I would not have bought that car!! So instead of getting 10 to 12k for our trade- in, we got 7k.
So my advice to all who chooses to buy from this dealership, BEWARE! Ask for a Carfax always because they are not very honest!
Sad part is, we purchased 4 Hyundai's now, 2 from Crossroads.
But never again!!

Great Sales Consultant but Horrible Everything Else

Everything up until picking up the car went smoothly. I did not get my car for three weeks which I had to change my work schedule several times for them. I did not receive my car title until I had to email them multiple times begging them to do it. I tried to reach out to anyone to get help or to receive any responses from multiple people, but they all ignored my email. It is very unfortunate that the sales consultant worked great, but other people from different department don't do their work properly. It is also very sad to see Hyundai cars misrepresented by this particular dealership. Similar things happened to my other friends(three friends) who are minorities like me.

Awful dealership Run!!

I would give a zero star if it would let me!!! Do not work with this dealership or the salesman Michael! Oh and don't both with the Manager Daivd, he is useless as well.
We drove 100 miles to buy a car had an appointment and everything! They sold the car 5 minutes before we arrived. The salesman wouldn't even come talk to us and the manager David said " oh well isn't this unfortunate"!
They are rude and liars in my opinion! In general that's most salesman when buying acar but this place takes the cake ! Beware
