I came in to get a wheel alignment and they were very happy to help me out my car was lower than most cars I have a scat pack but they did everything in there power to help me without damaging the car I highly recommend this place 10/10

Humiliating Experience
I had the worst experience of dealing with Discount Kar Kare. I had to go to them because of the deal I got on Groupon. I visited them 2 weeks ago for wheel alignment and Tyre rotation and I was told that it will take 2-3 hrs to get the work done. I waited for more than 2 hours and finally manager comes and tell me that my tire needs to be replaced for the alignment to be done, I came back today after replacing the tires and after dropping the car for 2 hours I went to pick up the car and I was informed that both wheel alignment and Tire Rotation is done and when I came out to check the tire rotation was not done so I go back and tell that tire rotation was not done, they made me wait for another 30 minutes and finally the manager comes back and tell me that they have done the tire rotation although they should not have done it, as my car had new front tires and for front wheel drive cars the newer tires need to be in the front, which I was not aware.
I told him that you are expert and you should have advised me not to do it and told him that I am not happy with the service and asked him to rotate the tires again and to that he said he will charge me and started arguing and was very disrespectful. I told him he should know how to talk to customer and this is not the way to talk and to that he asked me move out of the property and threatened to call the Cops. I left the shop with a very a bad customer experience and rude behavior by the manager.
DO NOT VISIT DISCOUNT KAR KARE FOR YOU AUTO SERVICE NEEDS, Just because you get Groupon discount. Please avoid Discount Kar Kare and humiliation
