I found the mechanics knowledge below average when I called to ask a simple question.
I bought a Tuscon from this dealership, and that part of my experience was very good. However in going back for my first service I found the wait time for an appointment unreasonably lengthy. Two months at the time. Most recently, I've called for a service appointment and the auto recording would not even let me talk to a real person. I either had to go to the website or someone would call me in a few weeks. I just had a question to ask. Not going back to this dealership.
