Great Service
I called for an oil change and they could get me in within a week. They were able to do it while I was sitting there. The waiting room is very comfortable. This is the second time I've brought my car here, they've done a great job and are willing to explain what they've done/need to do to the car.

It was an enlightening experience. I was made aware of a dealer issue with my cap system an what my options are. Very much appreciated.
I would strongly recommend Dressel,s to anybody who need to have service performed on their automobile. Very proficient and friendly people.

(FAST APPOINTMENT)
I had a sort of emergency my truck was leaking brake fluid.I called on Monday they gave me an appointment on Tuesday. Nick found the leak and fabricated a new brake line, also checked out all my brakes and said brakes were good. He even recharged my air conditioner and got that fixed. I trust Dressels and know the work they do will be done the right way.

oil change and safety checks
Has always been a pleasure having my truck serviced at Dressel’s. Appointment at 7am took my truck in on time. Always been like that. did oil change check fluids ,brakes back home by 8am. They follow the same maintenance schedule that the manufacturer request. also to keep your warranty good that is a requirement that needs to be done. has usual the go above and beyond. Waiting room is great and coffee always available. Been going here for way over 20 years always satisfied.

Amazing and thorough
They always go out of their way to explain the issue in a simple way while being realistic. The work is always done faster than I expect and they are very thorough in everything they do. I love an autoshop that isn’t afraid to admit their own mistakes either. Super trustworthy people that really care about every customer they serve. I’ve been there multiple times in the past year and all the work they do is excellent.

I was having trouble with my battery and I had to leave it charged for s few hours, AAA told me I had to go to a service station and Dressels is one of the recommend stations. They took me right away. Very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

Amazing customer service
Although I have not had my car repaired there yet, after receiving a catastrophic quote from another repair facility I called and spoke with Dina who went above and beyond to help this poor girl in tears! She is knowledgeable and took the time to research a solution and offer help and I’m not even a paying customer yet!! Once I decide if I’m going to fix my car or not they will be my go to for everything based on that experience alone. I will add Dina must be an early bird as she took things one step further brainstorming my situation to email ideas at 4:30 am!!! Thank you Dina and Nick

Today was oil and filter change.
Was surprised at check out that the tech who worked on my car said my serpentine belt was dry and could be replaced.
It just had a new on put on in Oct 24. That was a concern but was quickly dismissed at payment.?
