This is the worst shop/mechanic you can go to. I took my car to get an estimate, all he said was to leave my car. I waited 8 days to get an answer, because he would not answer. Finally got a hold of him, told him I would pick up my car and take it somewhere else due to lack of attention. Then he was charging me, and threaten to call the tow truck if I didn’t pick up by a certain time. Not only that, but he stated he would not give me my car if I did not pay him. Very disrespectful guy. Do not waste your time here to get charged for nothing.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They focus on quality and customer service. Made me feel like they really cared about me and my business. I would definitely recommend them.
They serviced my Lexus LS 460 because the radiator, thermostat, water pump and gaskets needed to be replaced and the heat is working properly. Honest guy who admits what he can and can’t do with fair prices.
Experience was great for the most part except for one employee who was pushy on trying to get extra stuff done that I didn’t want. He wasn’t all there.
