I was referred to Eastern Auto and this was my third time allowing them to service my car. The first time I had my car serviced, no complaints.
In December 2024, they changed my oil, rotors and brakes. A few weeks later, 1/11/2025, my dash alerted me of a possible coolant leak and my car ran hot. I had the car towed to them and after spending about $1000 for the things I outlined previously, I now had to pay about $1450 due to a leak due to a cracked oil filter.
The fix was to remove and replace the oil filter housing and cooling hose. While I understand wear and tear on a car, I don’t know why this wasn’t seen when my oil was changed?? This additional cost was certainly unexpected and to think about how this could have been much worst had I not seen the alert and continued to drive.
Randy notified me as soon as the parts came in. I dropped my car off last night and it was ready by noon today . Replaced my clutch in my 2014 BMW 428. This is the only place I take my car. He even honored a coupon for 10% off that was several years old. Great work and customer service and much more affordable then the dealership
I'm always treated with the best customer service. The services are priced fairly and I never have repeat service for the same issue. I will bring my older model to be serviced soon.
Randy is excellent in his analysis of any BMW malfunction. I came to his shop in the early 2000's and bring my vehicles their for service or repair.
I had the best experience today at Eastern Autowerks. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cost of the work — I’m accustomed to paying much more at the dealership. This is my new go-to place.
I have been servicing the vehicles at Eastern Autowerks for at least 15 years or more and the service and trust has always remained the same. When I go to the Dealership I have to question everything, but when I go here, I don't have to question anything.I used my car for work and it has to be running great and reliable. So trusting that your mechanic will do right by you is important. The Trust has been there from the beginning and still remains! Thanks Randy and Adam for putting me back together and on the road again
