They fixed the problem for free
After getting a new AC condenser and compressor my car was still blowing hot. They checked the system out and found leaks at the interfaces of the new components. They sealed the leaks and recharged my system free of charge. I would have preferred not to have to go in, but I seriously appreciate them fixing their mistake!

Joshua, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we do appreciate it even if communication got messed up, first off it was your service valves leaking not the work we had performed almost a year ago, the service valves are the connections used to evacuate & charge the AC system on your car, we replaced the services valves and re charged your ac system free of charge when we could have charged you for this repair and service. as stated on your prior invoices air conditioning refrigerant is not covered under the warranty we proivide and the repairs we performed we're not related to the prior repairs performed. Again thank you for taking time to review us, we will make sure in the future that our customers are clear on the repairs we performed that way there isn't anymore confusion like this one was.

Used car
I just purchased a used car from my son. I took it to Elmer‘s auto to have them thoroughly go over the car and make sure everything was working and operational. They did find some issues and was able to get it fixed and back to me in a very short amount of time.

I Love Elmers!

Emissions services
Every time I walk in the door they remember my name and my vehicle without me even showing them anything. Always professional courteous and personable. They treat you like a friend, not just a customer. I go out of my way to take anyone I know and my family there.

Great Service
My daughter lives up in Ogden, but I live a couple hundred miles away, and I was able to call them and they took great care of her and her car. I appreciate their wonderful service, even from a distance.

APR KO4 resolution
Made contact with Mike at the shop and explained what was going on with my VW GTI with a APR KO4 turbo and tune.
Went up to get this resolved and it wasn’t an easy or straightforward issue to get into.
Mike took his time, had to try a number of ways to get communicating with the ECU, which in the end required a very involved tech support call and walk through to get it resolved with APR on the phone.
Mike got it done. I’m hoping the issue is resolved but won’t know for sure until I get it on track.
