They always do the best they can
Everything was done as promptly, efficiently and thoroughly as possible, and every effort was made to get the car back to me by 6 p.m. closing. It was returned sparkling clean, even the interior had been cleaned as best possible.

Great service
The folks at Elyria Hyundai’s focus is to take care of their customers from the sales group to the service center. We purchased our second Hyundai from them this summer. In the past I normally did not take my cars back to the dealer for service. It was usually more expensive and in most cases it was a bad experience, you were herded in and herded out with little service. Very little patience for your questions. That is not the case with Elyria Hyundai. Their service department takes time with you, answers your questions and even follows up and I have found their prices to be competitive. The cars I bought from Elyria Hyundai are being serviced by Elyria Hyundai.
