I bought a car from Dean Evans, Dec 2019. He insisted nothing was wrong with it. $5000. I brought it back because it drove bad, I could hear the brakes, and other noises. He insisted car was fine, just needed air in tire. BfL. Car is not safe. (Brought it elsewhere). Needs struts, axles, shocks, rotors, etc. $2300 estimate to fix. He tried to say routine maintenence, but kept telling me nothing wrong with car. He had snuck in no warrantee, which is illegal in CT. I will be filing complaints with DMV and attorney generals office.

My first visit there and my vehicle needed a lot of work. They were very patient, and professional with me. Stephen went out of his way to go above and beyond to assist me. I felt there were honest about the cost. I will definitely be going back. Great customer service.
