They are scammers, especially towards women. I took my car in for a water pump, they supposedly have taken my motor apart saying I also needed a timing chain, then later saying I need a new motor cause my head gasket was bad and a part in my motor was broke. Well I flew up for them to show me what they found wrong and to my surprise my car was never taken apart. I paid for the water pump in which they took my car to their other shop to fix. So I ask the mechanic why would he lie to me, he said "no speak English" ?. I asked the clerk they was telling me about my car, he responded, "I just go by what they tell me". I drove home thinking how they went from $1200. To $4000, when my car wasn't broken down I just wanted them to repair my leaking water pump. SHAME ON THEM, KARMA COMING TO VISIT YALL ONE DAY!!!

Came in the owner of the company Frank greeted us was so polite and opening. Larry worked on my car and did a phenomenal job she’s purring like kitten! 10/10 recommend will come back.

He always telling you its the michigan roads and how he looking out for you... that's bs Every year I need the same suspension parts tighten or fixed when I barely drive. Or you bring it for 1 thing and he will have a list of other issues..recently in April 2024 he wanted to charge me $900 for 2 axles wasn't specific and said we will start from there ...I took it to another shop and they said I needed everything they did tighten up ...this new mechanic showed me missing bolts and screws on other suspension parts Dave fixed in the past. In the past I brought my daughter car there and they failed to tighten bolts and screws and we had to bring it back. Ive tried to give them chances when Money was missing out my daughter car that they replaced I gave them another chance. Never again. DO NOT take your car to them. With the proof I have I will be reporting them to BBB to help others avoid a bad mechanic.

A sign needs to be posted/people should be made aware that there is a extra 3.5% charged if you pay by credit card vs debit card. Other then that I was completely satisfied.
Im a loyal customer actually but i came in for my fusion today and needed tires so in the process of getting my tires put on they even inspected my fusion and told me i needed struts but not just tell me frank took me to my vehicle and showed me what the problem is on my struts so i will be taking my vehicle back to the shop as always
I rate this shop a 10 that being the highest i never had a problem with any work i have gotten done by this shop i recommend this shop to anyone and they do have financing available

Needed a front wheel alignment. But I needed a lot of work done.I had little money for the repairs that I needed done. Even though they tried to help you out with applying for help for a loan. Unfortunately I was unable. They still offered to make it affordable for me. So affordable that I even needed two front tires they replaced the two tires for me for free. Now my front wheel alignment is restored thanks to Frank's Auto repair
