Wonderful people to work with
Jay Reedy was our sales Rep. I have little knowledge about cars and we needed a special type for a power wheelchair lift. I had been to several other locations trying to figure out what we needed with no results and left feeling like an idiot. Mr Jay was so helpful, he answered every question and if he wasn’t 100% sure he would find the answer.(Mr. Jordan was also wonderful help to us and very kind) Mr. Jay wasn’t pushy he took his time and showed us several different options he even helped me with the wheelchair. The next day I was overthinking our purchase and called back. He took the time to recheck everything for us. Ms. Savannah the online rep even came out and introduced herself such a sweet young lady. Everyone we met was wonderful. I would recommend this company. The next time I need a car new/used I will go back to them.

The worst!
Don't let these crooks touch your vehicle! Apparently we are not alone! We responded to a recall notice and our car was rendered undrivable. Then we were told we needed a 2000 repair to fix the problem they caused. We are taking Friendship to court immediately!

Worst dealership
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Following a recall, our 2016 Veloster could not be driven home. We were told that we would have to pay 2000 for a repair. Instead, I'll spend 2000 reporting and suing this reprehensible business!

Vehicle trade
On May 3rd I traded my Ram in for a 2019 Tucson and cash. The Tucson has non matching tires and was not clean. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my check. Called finance no answer or an opportunity to leave a message. Sales person Billy did a great job.

Took car in for oil change & to check noise in front end. Left front wheel bearing was bad,part in stock let them change it. In the process technician broke another part, no fault on his part. They ordered the part & said it would be Wed before it came in. Wed came & no part or reason why. A few calls resulted in nothing solved. Made a personal visit to dealer on Thursday where an adviser said FedEx had delivered it to their hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. Went back Fri to find out the weather had shut all shipping down till it cleared. In the mean time Jessica Campbell had secured a loaner vehicle for us to drive since they had our vehicle since Monday & wasn't sure when the part would be in. When the part came in, they were quick to get it fixed & back to us, that was on Tuesday. Could you please let the owner of Friendship Automotive Mitch Walters & the GM of the JC Hyundia dealership & head service adviser know that Jessica Campbell turned a bad situation into a better situation. In fact she's the reason why I'll go back for sales & service.
