Disappointed
First, I want to say Claire in the office was very nice and professional. The work and pricing for the repairs on my F250 Super Duty was good as well. That being said, after I picked up my truck, the next morning I noticed the back seat had a hole chewed in it and there were RAT droppings all over the seat and floor! I called Claire and she was shocked as well and said they would make it right. But after she talked to Gerardo (Owner), he said they weren’t responsible but, if it made me feel better, they would reluctantly pay for a seat cover. I didn’t need a “hand out “. I expected them to do the right thing and clean my truck and repair my seat without exception. It’s sad it ended this way but, now I have a trust issue. Disappointing ?

So helpful!
I went in for a diagnostic, and they were so thorough and helpful the entire process! Never felt more comfortable going to a mechanic and knowing they’ll do everything they can.

More than just good service!
I recommend G&F automotive 1,000%. We received so much more than just good service. We were treated with respect and honesty and our car was ready to hit the road again the very same day! Did I mention that the price was just as amazing and we didn’t have to give up an arm or a leg lol. I have found my new go to mechanic!

Van not running
G&F was a great shop that got my van in and diagnosed and inspected quickly . Called me and let me know what needed and had it repaired in a couple days. I will definitely use them in the future.

I love my Subaru. I needed my Subaru headlight fixed. I had recently moved to Yakima. I checked reviews on-line and took her to GandF for repairs. They ordered the correct part and had it fixed within the week, in under 30 minutes! I couldn't be happier with Claire and my new mechanic!! Great team work at GandF Auto!
