Completely dishonest
Dealer is dishonest just to make a buck later. While shopping for a GV80 was told they don't markup their vehicles, the next day my sister went to purchase a palisade and was told they would need a $4000 markup. I bought a GV80 and G90 elsewhere and this dealer cancelled my first service appointment with them without notice because I didn't "Need the service at only 6000 miles" but they never called me to ask if that was okay to cancel and not come get me with my loaner. Furthermore, I was told an oil change on my G90 would be 54.95, but after dropping it off was told the same srrvice would be 94.95. Upon picking the vehicle up that evening, the car was shaking and i was told that it was out of alignment and also needed new tires (the vehicle was not shaking that morning). I called the dealer the next day and multiple days after for a price on 4x Michelins and they just had their phones going straight to voicemail. I called the concierge and they said they would call the dealer on my behalf. They did so 20x over the next week and called me and told me they were unable to reach them. I had a local reputable tire shop replace the tires perform and alignment and the shaking continued. The shop rebalanced the wheels and realigned wheels and the vehicle stopped shaking for a few days but then returned. They replaced the michelins with brand new tires and the same shaking continued. The shop then had me go to their other shop which verified the alignment and balance was correct. I called the concierge and was told since neither of us could reach Marjofer to just drive the car to the dealer, walk in, and schedule an appointment that way. I did so and spoke to Julius who apologized about all the issues and said he wanted to take care of me so to just drop the car off that Tuesday morning and he'd fit me in instead of waiting 4 weeks for an appointment. I dropped the car off and Tuesday afternoon received a call that the car was fixed and the tires were just not balanced. I'm glad I argued as the service manager then drove the vehicle and verified it still was shaking over 70mph and they changed their story that the Michelins aren't good tires for low profile heavy cars like a Genesis because they develop flat spots. I looked at my GV80 and it has low profile michelins from the factory. I argued that flat spots usually get better with driving 10-20 miles and that in my case the vibration gets worse with more driving. They said their official diagnosis was the tires get flat spots even though it does not match the symptoms of flat spots. I told them I'd just come get the car if that was their final answer. I go to pick up the vehicle and was told I had to pay $150 for the road force balancing that Julius said he would not charge. When I questioned him, he said you can't just bring your car to a shop and have it looked at for free, and because it was another shops michelin tires, I had to pay or they wouldn't release the car. I am without words. My $75,000 car is still shaking and the dealers official diagnosis they have agreed is completely incorrect for the symptoms. Bottom line - I couldn't use them for the new tires because they weren't answering their phones and genesis concierge has proof of this as well.

Quality SUV
The salesman was outstanding because I explained to him what I was looking for in an SUV and he went out and found the SUV I was looking for. We discussed how and why I was looking for this type of vehicle. The Prestige is an excellent driving SUV and has all the features you could want in an SUV. My peers are more impressed with the features than I could ever imagine. I’m fact, the people that have driven it are looking into getting one of their own. The Genesis brand will be seen more in this town.

I cannot express how grateful I am for this dealership!! Mark from sales was exceptional!! The best sales person I ever worked with! He was always available, very responsive, answered all of my questions, very pleasant, and made the process very smooth. I purchased this car remotely and was from out of state, and not once did I have to worry about anything. Thank you so much Mark!

Todd from finance was so patient with me as I had a lot of questions on the paperwork, always pleasant and transparent!

A lot of other dealerships were charging minimum $5K above the market value price for the car and this dealership charged me the market value price.

Superior vehicles and sales staff.
I was going to lease another BMW, but I read in US News that the Genesis G 70 was the top rated small luxury sedan, so I went to the dealership to look at the cars on the lot. Brad Adams approached me and before i knew it, I was test driving a beautiful white G 70 3.3 turbo. I returned the car to him and over the course of several days we negotiated on the lease terms. At no time did I feel pressured in any way. Brad answered every question I had by phone, fax and email. He could not have been better to deal with. The vehicle delivery was a pleasure as well with Steve Cooper. bringing the car and paperwork to my home.
