Amazing Customer Service!
Rob was exceptional. We were not in a hurry to purchase, he knew what we were looking for and called us when one arrived on the lot for us to come take a look at it. Bought that car the same day. He introduced us to the service manager (no other dealership has ever done that), the parts department manager and overall made us feel comfortable inside the dealership. Love the car and the people at Genesis of Auburn!

Excellent after the sale service level provided at Genesis of Auburn by Austin
Austin has done an excellent job in after the sale service to ensure we are knowledgeable about all the options and amenities included on the SUV. He has gone over and beyond my expectations . Would definitely recommend him based on his knowledge of the Genesis product and the way he cares about the customer being satisfied with their purchase decision.

If you live in Columbus , Ga and want a Genesis vehicle , ths is a good option.
Austin did a good job in the sales process. Not overly fond of a “price haggling” style dealership , but they were fair after a couple of trips back and forth with to the Sales Manager. I saw no need to go to Newnan to “shop around” the price.

Love My GV80. Great purchasing experience with Brandon and TJ
I was sold when I first saw this truck during the 2020 Super Bowl, but my husband was not too convinced. Brandon came out that day and made an instant connection with my husband. He made it a relaxed and positive experience. He was very knowledgable in the truck, not too pushy, and answered all of our questions.
