Terrible
I called to get my car serviced for a gas smell. I was brushed off and told their mechanic who ran diagnostic was out. I asked what to do since my warranty is through them and never received a call back. Ended up taking my car to friendly Honda who found a visible fuel leak and told me I had a major recall on my car for fuel leaks. Green should be ashamed, my car could of exploded

Do not care about people only what u can give
Not happy with this company. I purchased a vehicle in the beginning of 2023 and not 3 months later I have been having trouble with it every 2 to 3 months. I have over 20 papers worth of repairs for this car and have maxed out my warranty so I can’t get anything else fixed on it… The company doesn’t want to do anything but sell me another vehicle and expect more money from me when I’ve put my own money in this car as well as things that’s been fixed with warranty. This company doesn’t not care about the people they only care about there money. I do not recommend green Hyundai to anyone looking to get a vehicle. I even talked to the owner of the store and they gave are case to a brand new worker who is still trying to get us to put down more money. This company is terrible. There’s one worker at the Dirksen location who has been the most help with are situation. Other than that one person the help I was giving was very unwelcoming… PS IF U PLAN TO FINANCE A VEHICLE SKIP THE DEALSHIP AND JUST DEAL WITH THE BANK THATS YOUR BEST OPTIONS. These car lots only want your money.

dealing with your used car guy Andy. What a terrible salesman!
I spoke to a guy named Andy on the phone at the Hundai dealership in Springfield. What a piece of work he is, to put it mildly. Let's just say he needs to work on his people skills. Rude. Short with me. "Are you through talking now?" What a total jerk. I'm surprised you sell any used cars if this guy has anything to do about it. I hope the rest of the staff is a little better at dealing with potential customers. I hope I never have to go there again. Or talk with Rude Andy. Too bad we can't give negative stars. I definitely would.

Called to Green Hyundai a week ago and spoke with a lady about getting a tire replaced for my 2024 palisade. Called back and no one knew anything about it. How long do I have to drive on the spare before it goes. Can’t drive any faster than 50 on it.

Finance dept was deceitful and unprofessional.
I purchased a used 2021 BMW from Green Hyundai, that was still covered by the BMW factory warranty and their extended warranty. I questioned him about it while purchasing my vehicle and he told me that essentially I needed to buy their luxury warranty to cover oil changes because the factory warranty would not. Not being able to confirm or dispute what I was being told so I purchased the warranty. Then BMW contacted me and provided warranty coverage details, I'm covered under 3 separate warranties and they include oil changes. I have attempted to contact the gentleman in finance multiple times, I've called and left messages on his work line, his cell phone, I've texted him and I've even gone out there but I can't get him to provide the information I need to cancel the additional warranty that I purchased through Green. If he didn't know about the details of the BMW warranty, then he should have looked into it rather than lie (or just not know for certain) to up sell me a warranty that was not needed since it runs consecutively with the BMW warranty. I'm curious as to how many other unknowingly customers, that Green is allowing him to make money off of? Is this the type of business Green is choosing to run? Make money at all costs?! I've tried to reconcile this in private, but since it's not getting me anywhere, I was forced to resort to public complaining. Which I'm not fond of but.....money is money and I'm not going to give mine away for nothing. I attempting to get this resolved without publicizing his name.

Horrible service now!!
Went in because my factory installed remote start didn’t always work…..waited 2 hours and then was told oh it doesn’t work because you don’t have one!!! Nobody even checked what my car had in their system or they would have known (like reputable dealers do) that I DID!!! So when I advised them that I DO have that, guy goes oh well then contact Bluelink, that’s not us!!!!

Friendly and Helpful Finance Manager
I contacted Edwin Jordan as a result of a reference that I had received, and I am definitely satisfied with his efforts and personal service to my needs. In a very challenging used car market, he was a huge help in finding me a vehicle that I would qualify for and explained the process as we went. I would easily recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact him - you will be glad that you did.

Service for 2016 Tucson
If it was possible to give a half star I definitely would…

4/25 - dropped car off due to shuttering in low gear. Was told it’d be mid afternoon before I was given a report. I had to call them myself at 245 in order to get a status of the car. Was told it needed a new clutch and a few other small parts. They had the parts in stock but were too busy to do the work so the vehicle would be done the next day.

4/26 - Called for an update around 1pm. Was told they hadn’t done any work on my car because they had cars with bigger issues and that it was more than likely going to be done on 4/28 but the morning of 4/29 at the latest.

This is the 3RD TIME I’ve had work done on this vehicle in the 2 MONTHS I’ve owned it. So I decided I would rather just sell it back and buy a different vehicle. Well that fell through so now I’m stuck with the Hyundai Tucson for God knows how long..that is of course when I eventually get it back. This experience has made the second half of my vacation from work absolutely miserable and stressful. And I actually had to use my own time today to call off work because I still have no vehicle to be able to drive to work. So this has cost me not only my time, but also my money. WILL NOT do business with Green again after this.
