Damaged
I traded my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon within 48 hours of visiting Hallmark Hyundai North in Ridgeland, MS to have a defective seat cover replaced. They damaged my vehicle and tried to steal my WiFi password. When removing/reinstalling the driver’s seat, the technician left gauge scratches on the driver’s door, driver’s threshold and interior door trim. They ruined my vehicle. I will never step foot in the Hyundai dealerships in the Jackson, MS metro area again. Last year Hallmark Hyundai Flowood damaged my 2012 Tuscon. Because the service departments are horrible, I will never buy a Hyundai vehicle again.

Worst Service Department
Both Hallmark Hyundai North and Hallmark Hyundai Flowood have horrible service departments and have damaged 2 of my Tucson’s in the past 2 years. In the past week, Hallmark Hyundai North service department tried to hack into my infotainment system on my 2023 Tuscon when I took it there to have a defective leather seat cover replaced. I was told it would be Monday or Tuesday before it would be ready when I showed up for my 10:30 am appt on Friday morning. I told them I wasn’t leaving it and the service advisor abruptly retrieved my vehicle which had already been taken around. I took the vehicle back on Monday and the service technician destroyed the driver’s interior door, threshold and trim with deep gauge scratches from taking out the seat. They are careless, sloppy, and have no regard for anyone’s property as well as some being criminals. Never buy from them! Never go there for service. I traded my vehicle immediately within 48 hours because I refuse to ever step foot in the Hyundai dealerships in the Jackson, MS metro area.

New Tucson
I was only soft looking, but when I saw the 0%interest for 60 months, I got serious. I selected three vehicles online to review at lunch, and after work, my salesman was prepared to show one to me. It so nice, we hammered out my trade, and I returned the next business day to sign the paperwork. The process went smoothly. Thank you!

Long wait
I went in for an oil change. Sit there almost three hours, vehicle still sitting in the same spot I drove it in. Had an appointment, that didn’t matter.
Frustrated as hell, I left. Frustration kicked in when another lady that came in an hour after I did got her car serviced before I did. She also had an oil change. I asked Mandy why, she said different technician and she doesn’t have control over what goes on back there. Control or not, no one should have to wait on an oil change for three or more hours.
Good customer service should be for all customers, not just for some customers.
I know it was Valentine and they were excited. Business is business. No one should have to wait that long for a freaking oil change. Ridiculous!!!

Poor Customer Service
I took my car to the dealership Monday (05/23/2022) for the check engine light (due to a recall on the software upgrade knock sensor detection system). The service advisor wanted me to make an appointment for the check engine light. I show the service advisor the brochure from Hyundai. The service advisor told me that I do not have a recall for my car. I explain to the service advisor that Hyundai sent this brochure out a couple of months ago and i was advise to wait until the check engine light come on to provide service. Also, I was asking can someone see my car today because of the check engine light on and the brochure stated to bring in my vehicle immediately when the check engine light comes on. The service advisor stated that i can make an appointment and Hyundai will not be able to get my vehicle today with out an appointment and Hyundai does not check engine after 12 o'clock it only done on Monday and Tuesday. The service advisor attempt to make the appointment for Monday 05/30/2022 and could not understand why the computer will not let her schedule an appointment for Monday. The service advisor stated I can schedule you for Tuesday 05/31/2022 @ 8:30am to be check out and I will call you to come in Monday because the system will not let her schedule for Monday 05/30/2022. The service advisor ask someone why the computer would not let her schedule for Monday and the guy advised her to contact someone.
I called today 05/25/2022 to check the status for Monday 05/30/2022 and that I have not received a call back and today is Wednesday. The service advisor stated that they have been really busy and she apologized and she can not schedule any appointments for Monday I will have to keep my Tuesday appointment. I stated that very unprofessional because I was waited for a call back. Hyundai please treat your customer.

Service staff was unattentive and allowed my wait to be extended. From approximately 11:00 to after 4:00 is too long for a oil change.

Exceptional service!
I was very happy from start to finish. I travel for work and although it was time for my maintenance I was not able to come in when I wanted. I called last minute to try and squeeze in & Nicole was able to make me it happen. I was able to show up & was greeted at the door where I was asked what my concerns were & Nicole made notes to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I was kept informed & updated throughout the process and was called when everything was done. I’m very happy & thankful for the service that was provided & looking forward to my next visit. Nicole definitely went above & beyond and I was very thankful for her efforts.
