Used Equinox
I called this dealership to see if this 2018 Equinox was still available they said yes. I drove over one hr. My daughter and myself got there only to be told an employee had taken it for the weekend because his truck was being serviced. Then I listened to a message saying it was in a Collison center being fixed up. I cant believe this lying happens. Won't buy anything from Herb Connally!!!

I called this dealership to see if this 2018 Equinox was still available they said yes. I drove over one hr. Awful Dealership - not willing to help customers.
2022 SEL Premium- Turbo Engine. Brought New 6months back. 8K miles and vehicle is making a noise every time i accelerate, brake and or turn a corner. It's annoying - constant beep (its like a computer chirp). Took vehicle to Hyundai dealership ( Framingham MA) - they were able to hear the noise but cannot identify the source. Was told to drive the until the noise gets louder as warrenty would not cover further diagnostics - WTH!!!! Really Hyundai!!!!! Brand new vehicle and your advice is deal with the noise. Called Hyundai Corporate and was told to take to another dealership. Crazy to think Hyundai dealership's can send you on your way without trying to help. I am beyond shocked and will never recommend Framingham MA dealership to anyone.

Never , ever go to Connolly hyundai. Horrible, money hungry idiots. Doug connolly is the worst. My daughter has issues with her Hyundai and went there for them to gouge her re money which she does not have much of being young. Obnoxious and rude. If the entitled idiot does not man up and be a human being, I will make him pay. I work for car gurus and you better believe I will send bad review after bad review. Don't waste your time.
Was trying to sell my car privately, when they reached out saying how interested they were in buying my vehicle at my set price. I was extremely thorough on my private listing about the current state of the vehicle.

I told them I was an hour away and not to waste my time, but I get there and they tell me they don't even want the car because of a scratch on the car which was explicitly outlined and received its own close-up photo on my listing.

Bunch of idiots. Not surprised. Reading reviews below I'm not the first person this happened to either. BEWARE

Herb Connolly = Great service
I bought my car from Herb Connolly 2 1/2 years ago and it is one of my best car purchases I ever made. The friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff was great! I will only have my car serviced here because their service is equally high. They confirm appts., explain what they have done and they even wash your car. The service personnel are helpful and pleasant. They always deliver and I feel that I can put my total trust in them! They service what is required and are not pushy about suggesting extras that you don’t need. They are overall THE BEST!

Great delarship. Jeremy was very helpful and corteous.
I was pleasantly surprised about the service here. Coming from Acura, my previous car, I thought the experience would noticeably be different (Acura offers loaners so you don't have to wait there while your car is being serviced), but other than that, it was impeccable. Nice waiting area, wonderful reception. Jeremy was so courteous, through and informative. I LOVE my Santa Fe Calligraphy and happy that my first service experience there was so nice.
