Complete run around
We have been trying for over a year to get a warranty issue addressed. We have even gone to corporate to assist. We have been given the run around, no return calls, numerous emails left with no reply. We have purchased 5 hyundais from this dealership but never ever again. Buyer beware, once you drive off the lot, you are on your own. They do not provide the service they brag about.

Amazing service
After learning that my 2008 Hyundai Sonata had "died" I knew I had no choice but to replace it. Nathaniel Beaver started the process for me. After asking lots of questions regarding my needs he came up with the perfect solution. I am now the proud owner of a new (to me) 2021 Kia Soul. There was no hard sell...He was very knowledgeable about the car. Then I met the "money" man Joshua Isonhart who made the final buying process so very easy. Both these gentleman made what I had thought would be a time consuming, difficult process into an easy one.

Awful service- warranty
I bought a 2022 GV80 in Cumming Ga
As there is No dealer in my hometown of Savannah , the oil was changed in Augusta. The same month on a trip to Atl the plastic under covering fell off and was drug under my car until I could stop. Mind you this is on the interstate going 70mph -
I call the closest dealership for a repair and told March 3 which at the time is 6 weeks!
After thinking about this I call to speak to someone about this date- not knowing if this is an important piece ?? I’m told I’ll get a return call because the appointments are booked. No call WEEK 1, call again - same - no return call WEEK 2 - finally get appt moved up , part ordered and go today for replaced — told $700???? I have purchased the extra “Care” insurance - told Not covered
It’s a 2022 - told I “HIT something “
Now they REMOVE this part and I am back to square one and told by the MANAGER —“ YOU HAVE TO RETURN TO THE DEALER YOU PURCHASED FROM” ~~ WHAT????
Now I have to drive without this part 5 hours to get a repair!!!!

Anyone want to purchase a GV 80…. THINK TWICE — they DO NOT back their Warranties—
I am also a professional and would never treat a client this way!! Especially after a purchase made of this amount!!!!

I’ve now brought my car in a total of 5 times! While the customer service “feels good”, the actual service is TERRIBLE! They didn’t document my complaints or concerns & basically wrote what they wanted as the reason I brought my vehicle in for service. I showed them pictures of just ONE of the issues, which makes my car unsafe to drive, as the front engine cover holding my drive belt in place is cracked. Their response, bring it back in 2 weeks & we’ll look at it. Completely disregarded the safety concern. This is after me bringing it in 3x for a suspected bad ECM, that they have yet to address. Their response was, “the codes just need to be cleared”. Guess what?! Clearing the code does NOT fix the problem! This is the 3rd dealership I’ve tried, as the other two had disregarded my concerns as well. Between 3 dealerships, my car has been kept in the shop 5 of the last 12 months and continues to have issues since having the engine replaced under recall. You see, it threw a rod while I was driving 75mph on the interstate in April of last year. THAT was just the beginning of the 15 month long HORRIBLE experience I’ve had. I LOVE my car. However, if you need repair work done, you’re better off taking it to a 3 year old who loves Hot Wheels cars.

Great purchase, terrible service
I recently purchased a new Hyundai Tuscon. My sales person did a wonderful job helping me buy the car. I'm very pleased with the vehicle. The "Terrible" is the service. The earliest appointment I can get for an oil change is 2 months, yes 2 months for a simple oil change. The other alternative is to drop the car off and wait or leave it with no assurance that it will be done that day. If it's not completed I guess I would to be expected to just go home(30 miles one way) and return the next day. Sorry, too much of a hassle to do business with this company.

Bret was very good
When I converted my lease on my Hyundai Senada to a purchase after three years the finance guy added this service contract without telling me that he was doing that. I spent $700 on that service contract that I did not want and he just put it into the loan. The only reason I ever come back there is because I have the service contract and my service is already paid for. The young man that helped me I believe his name was Brett was great but the way business is being done after I purchased six vehicles there in the last 10 years is ridiculous

Very Dissatisfied
As s senior citizens on a fixed income, I bought my vehicle brand new with all the warranties. My washer reservoir was leaking and they want to change me $300 for the plastic container. The fix is going to take a third (3rd) service appt. I told them about the problem before the 1st appt.
