Appreciate their honesty!
I know nothing about cars, so I depend on Howell Automotive to tell me what I need to have done and what can wait until the next servicing. I've always found them to be very honest in their assessment of what has to be done versus what can wait. That is not always the case with other dealers. A local tire company told me I needed to have work totaling $900 for "leaking struts," and Howell found that the work wasn't necessary. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years.

Quick, Thorough, flexable
I brought my 2005 Dodge Caravan to Howell Auto to have them do a trip check and check existing ailments on the rig to assess road worthiness. I would be driving 1000 miles on spring break and wanted some assurance it was ready for the task. Howell auto worked easily with my schedule, Did the job quickly, gave a good thorough scope the vehicle and it's issues, as well as giving there professional thoughts on the seriousness of them and the price should I have them fixed. They never pressure to make a purchase, or to do a fix. But they simply give you pros/cons and your most likely scenario. It's ailments being minor, I ended just paying for labor and am off on my road trip! Thanks Guys!
