Ignored our Goals
Was just starting to look for a replacement vehicle.

Hyundai Palisade had good rating.

Went to Hyundai of Asheville. Told the salesman we weren't buying a car that day, but wanted to look at ansd drive a car or two.

Pleasant young salesman took us on a test drive in one car and showed us another. We had accomplished our goals.

Young salesman says "let me grab a business card so we can keep in touch", and leaves.Next thing we know, the "finance manager" sits down at the desk and asks why we aren't going home with a new Hyundai.

We left. We won't be back.

Terrible service
First of all…this was my 3rd Tuscon bought at Asheville Hyundai…. WOW! I have never, ever been to a more sorry car dealership than Asheville Hyundai! The last Tucson I bought they gave me a punch card for oil changes for $19.95…period…19.95! They gave me such sorry service in February that the service manager messaged me and said he would honor my punch cards AND fix my brakes to make up for that lousy experience. Well, I called, texted, messaged and left messages to him numerous times since February…NOT ONE TIME WOULD HE EVER ANSWER ME BACK! That’s been 5 months people!! He even gave me his personal cell number to contact him directly…which I did! No answer there either. So I made an appointment and went today. Again, they wouldn’t honor it AND the #*#*man would not even come out to talk to me. He was there but conveniently unavailable…I left and will NEVER, EVER be back…. They are all nice until after you sign the paperwork. Then you’re on your own! If you ever need a Hyundai drive on to Hendersonville or someplace else! #ashevillehyundai #somanylies #neveragain #lessonlearned

Santa Cruz truck
We were in this business on Saturday to look at a 2022 Santa Cruz .We liked some of the features on it.They had one on the lot which we didn't like.They said they would get what I wanted in about 2 to 3 weeks . This business wanted to charge me ten thousand over MSRP .I will never be back This is the biggest rip off I've seen

Well, No response from Service Manager
I wrote a review on Feb. 28th about this dealership. About 5 minutes after I wrote it I got a response from Forrest Smith…service manager…He assured me he would take care of this issue and offered to take care of my brakes to compensate for my time and cost of my last visit. I told him to let me know when I could come in and have my recall taken care of. Never have heard another word. He told me to message his personal number which I have…no response. Now I received another recall on another issue with the Tuscon…sent another message and email. No response. Not sure what is going on with this dealership. I would like this taken care of and my 2 recalls taken care of.

Excellent Service!
I went in for a routine service appointment and oil change. I had been hearing a rattling noise that I had not been able to find on my own. I mentioned it to the Service Advisor and they found it! Turned out to be a loose license plate and they went above and beyond to diagnosis it and tighten my license plate. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of amenities like charging stations with cords, popcorn, snacks plus bottled water and coffee. They always wash my car before returning it to me. Great people and great experience as always!

I love driving my Tuscan and my grandkids love being in their child seats. I feel very safe knowing that my car has so many safety features. I usually change cars each time my lease runs out but I can see that my Hyundai Tuscan will be with me for many miles to come.

Courtesy Maintenance
I was surprised when I arrived for my second service and was informed that it was not a covered courtesy maintenance. Not at one time was I ever told that there were mileage limitations to the courtesy services. The window sticker simply states 36 months 36,000 miles. It is not indicated anywhere that the services have to be performed within 1500 miles of specific mileages.

Forrest was wanting to make things right
I had been overcharged for repairs on my Hyundai Sonata
Although it is a 2015 which I purchased new, it only has 25,000 miles. I am quite elderly and do minimal driving
The car was towed from my garage as it would not start
When I came to get it I was abruptly handed an invoice for over $1000. I had received no prior information and was shocked and quite upset, but quietly paid and left. After a sleepless night I called the service department and eventually was connected to Forrest. He agreed that it was handled poorly and is arranging a $300 repayment to me. Haven’t received it yet, but I take him at his word

My unhappy experience
The vehicle was towed in as it apparently needed a new battery. No one from the service dept notified me that the car was ready or what had been done. I called and was told I could pick it up. No loaner car was offered so a friend took me. I was handed an invoice over $1000. I was shocked but wrote a check and left. It had me very stressed as I am quite elderly and on a rather low income
