please ,please.do yourself a favor and never go here..they are the worst place ever,and i was warned about them...don't do want i did.and find out the hard way .find any place but here..you will thank yourself...and your bank account won't be drained..and still have to pay more to fix the problem you having..the biggest rip off ever...they will smile and rip you off all in the same time..

Waste of Money
I would give ZERO stars if I could. My Tahoe AC was (and still is) in need of repair, and I chose Jason’s Garage because of the good reviews and claims that AC repair was one of their specialities. When we brought my vehicle in, we conveyed that a Chevy dealership in NH pinpointed the problem to be the condenser. We said we were open to their second opinion, because they are a local small business and figured they would be more honest than a dealership. Later that same day, the “diagnosis” the garage came back with was that the reason my AC was not blowing cold air was because of corrosion of the rear AC. The mechanic suggested we cut the rear tubes and cap them - and assured us that would fix the problem. Nearly $1,000 DOLLARS LATER…. I get my Tahoe back. Happy to have AC again. Less than ONE week later.. my AC stops blowing cold air again. We bring the Tahoe back to Jason’s. The mechanic THEN says that the issue is the condenser, which we had mentioned to them before! In order to offer any compensation, they wanted us to put forth another $1700 worth of work to ACTUALLY fix the problem. Obviously we did not agree to that after what they pulled before. So here I am.. in the middle of summer… with a 9 month old infant, no AC, and $1000 down the tube. Don’t waster your money on this place.
The work and letting you know when something else it wrong when they got timing belt off that the water pump was going. Always helpful to answer your question.
Finally an honest, professional, and friendly place to bring my vehicles in the Biddeford/Saco area. Totally my new auto service "go to".... and they have "loaner" cars.

I suspected my car had an oil leak and they got me in the same day and diagnosed it. They noticed the leak was coming from the power steering rack and that it was recently replaced. Instead of just taking the job, were nice enough to suggest I reach out to the garage that originally replaced the part for warranty. Saved me hundreds in repairs.
I called for an oil change and they fit me in that day! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and charismatic. They even did a complimentary inspection to determine if there were any current or future issues to look out for! Such a great addition to Biddeford.
I took my car to Jason’s in Biddeford, and I’m happy to say it was a pleasant, stress free experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the availability of a free loaner vehicle had me sold. My car was in and out, same day. If your car needs work, I highly recommend choosing Jason’s Auto Service.
I took my daughter car there they took it in right off found the problem call me how much it was and fixed it.my first time there and i will be going back.i highly recommend them.
They provided very good information to help me decide on the best possible tires for my wife’s suv. Melissa made a phone call to the distribution people for their recommendation for our driving conditions. Prices are competitive but the service and personal care make it a great place to deal with.
