Nissani Brothers Hyundai Skip out on me.
I purchased my car 01/2018 paid cash. I received a 5 year maintenance deal which I was using. I called the company one day to get service done and was told they were no longer in business. I have been trying locate them because I'm having problems with my engine and my car is only 5 years old. I would appreciate you giving me contact info for them.

Above and Beyond! Great Customer Service/Care
Mr. Hughes provided me with excellent service regarding maintenance for my car. He was very friendly and beyond helpful when answering all questions and concerns. I was placed into a loaner vehicle until my car was available and Mr. Hughes made sure that process was nothing less than perfect! He and the staff members at Nissani were great!

I will be returning for future service needs and I highly recommend Nissani Hyundai service.

Great service and professional people
The telephone service needs improvement as the initial operator passed me to Service where I waited forever for them to pick up. I kept recalling until Service picked up, and they were helpful.
The Service Department was able to accommodate me as a walk-in. They were fast and thorough. They even found a recall and corrected it quickly with my oil change.

I was unhappy with the quality of the communication provided by the Hyundai service department. They let me know on the day that my car was being serviced that it will be available on Saturday morning and that I may pick up anytime after. I went to pick it up on Sunday, to find out that service was closed, and Sales knew nothing about my car. They said that this was not the first time this had happened. As a result, I had to come in on Monday to pick up my car, thus resulting in me wasting extra time and an additional $45 on transportation. I called to let management know multiple times and they always stated that the manager was busy. As a result, I gave a poor review for the service.

Jonathan has since called me and apologized for the misunderstanding, and offered me a free oil change next time I come in to get my car serviced. I greatly appreciate his apology and his desire to make amends for the situation. Most places which offer services to cars would not make the extra effort to attempt to fix their mistakes. Jonathan's concern about my satisfaction, along with his offer to compensate my extra transportation costs helped restore my trust in the Hyundai Service department.
