Salesman Domenic on the sales pitch said there is lifetime oil and tire rotation (every other oil change)
His statement he said you can go to any Hyundai dealer for the oil change since Hyundai is offering the lifetime oil change. After the sale and trying to find where it says lifetime, they only offer free oil changes for 3 years or 36k miles. Next time a salesman says something get it in writing.
I will give Lynnes credit that they sent an Uber to pick me up to get the car.

Worst Experience Ever
needed to replace my car and went to Lynnes because they advertised the used car that I wanted. They bait and switched me and tricked me into paying 9k more than I agreed to. They are disreputable and dishonest. I did not learn about their scam until I heard from the PNC bank. I asked for paperwork several times and did not get it until 9 days after the sale when I went into the finance office and brought the issue to the managers attention. I was given the run around 3 times when requesting it..
Ernie the finance guy told me that he was not happy about what had happened, that he would not want to run into me in public given the knowledge of what was done to me and assured me that he would resolve the issue. He then refused to see me when I returned and Casey and John managers told me that the nearly 9,000 trade in was gone, they would give me $25k for the they charged me nearly $40k for (due to add ons that I did not ask for and was told that I get as included in the warranties ) so I am underwater with the bank in addition to the trade "being gone" where did it go .... and are they serious?
To add insult to injury I found that the car that I just bought needs maintenance and I have yet to receive license plates that they "take care of". Don't let them take care of you...

They Don’t Honor Negotiated Agreements
Went to see a vehicle I saw Online. The salesman was very friendly and respectful. We Negotiated a Deal. I was told that they would reach out to me with the final price. Waited 2 weeks. I gave them a call to see what was the status of the offer.
Another Gentleman said that they cannot finalize the negotiated offer because they had to fix an issue. So the marked price was the price for the vehicle. So I was still interested in the Vehicle until I was sent the breakdown expense and saw $4000 in extra fees excluding taxes and document fees.
This is legal robbery. And was told the extra fees are standard. I’ve bought numerous cars from dealers and never experienced a mark up of $4000. Especially when the vehicle is almost 9 years old. Was definitely disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership.

Great Salesman Axel!
I had a great experience buying my Santa Fe from Axel. I went in and told him about a price I got from another dealership and he came back and beat it. I walked out a few hours later with a beautiful brand new Santa Fe! Axel was great to work with, very personable and professional. I actually gave my Dad his info to call for a deal! Thank you Axel and Lynne's Hyundai!

waiting for almost a week for a refund , no refund given
Horrible dealer , tried to do a switch and bait for different car that i was told was there.
Told Me they would have the car i wanted the next day , but they never got the car in and ignored my calls for 1.5 days.

Horrible experience
Bought a Hyundai Elantra. Engine light came on within 30 miles of dealership. Brought it back on Monday. Sat 3 1/2 hours then was given a loaner. Spoke to Axel(salesman) about a fob I never got with car. Said he would order one, but I would need to come back for programming. After 10 days of calling for update, finally was told I needed engine replacement, (which I already researched trouble code on Hyundai site). On Nov 30th, I picked up the vehicle. When I asked Service writer about the fob, he had no idea. When I saw Axel in the showroom, he had nothing to say. Izzy, the service writer, told me to come on Saturday and he would get the fob. When I called Friday to see what time to come, he said he would not be there, but come during the week. By Monday, I realized there was the smell of gasoline in the car. On Tuesday I noticed it was leaking fuel up near the engine. After 6 calls between Tuesday and Wednesday, to which I was sent to voicemail every time by someone in Service, I called Hyundai, which made me an appointment at Freehold Hyundai. I brought the car in Thursday, and it was ready Friday. I also had to purchase a fob at the price of $264. I have yet to get any call back fro Lynne’s. I am also looking into the final price of vehicle, as I was told for an extra price on payments, I was getting an extended warranty, which Hyundai told me is not the case. I am entitled to the “second owner” warranty. Stay away from here!!

Unprofessional and Unpleasant
Staff was very rude and did not listen to my queries. Charged $5000 for repairs that included car seat cleaning, detailing, vacuum and gave me the vehicle with muddy floor with glass shards. Very unprofessional staff. Also entered double the actual mileage in service record (shows the level of attention to detail). Manager denies to entertain answering any question on the service performed saying we did it without verifying what was done. Repair took 2 months and was very unsatisfactory. Called every other week to know the status and it was really hard to get someone on phone. They keep passing on phone line to each other or either they put you on long holds or disconnect the line. If you are lucky to get hold of someone on phone, they promise to call back and never call back. Zero courtesy and respect for a customer. If you are lucky after hours of trying on phone, They will promising a new date every week and kept on pushing it week after week with an excuse. Unpleasant and would never recommend this place period!

Poor post sale service
Once the car is out of their doors they do not respond to calls or emails. They have my car registration and I have tried to call their office, finance dept., store manager Bill Pacelli and no one responds back. One of the worst places to buy a car from.
