Pathetic Service
It is better not to visit this dealership, it would be totally waste of time especially service department. They had charged me $1,300 and kept my car for one month without providing me any loaner. Once I picked up my car after one month, After driving 20 minutes my car got stalled and stopped in the middle of road which would have caused a serious accident on highway. Got my car towed to dealership again, then I was asked for $ 1,200 more for some other problem that they did not initially diagnose but still they were not providing guarantee whether it would be fixed or not. So I was put in position where I can either additional $1,300 to fix the problem or take my car back after giving them $1200 for nothing. This is really disappointing. I like Hyundai brand and it is trustworthy brand but dealers like these, are trying to ruin the reputation of Hyundai. I would make sure that Hyundai management is made aware of this situation and would take action against erosion of its brand. In auto Industry, Customer is one of the key success factor. If there were negative rating star, I would have given negative (-5( star for such service.

BEYOND AWFUL!!!
My experience with this dealership was absolutely horrendous.
They bribed me with a $50 check to take DELETE my ORIGINAL bad REVIEW of them online. THEN THEY NEVER SENT THE $50. I thought I was being nice and They ONCE AGAIN found another way to screw me over. I EMAILED and CALLED MANY TIMES to get the $50 I Was promised, and I yelled at them more times than Ive yelled at my husband of ten years. PLUS, every time they told me that a tow truck was going to show up, nothing came. THEN when I CALLED TO ASK them ABOUT IT, they said OH tomorrow, I SAID WAS ANYONE GOING TO CALL ME ABOUT this CHANGE??? I Have Been WAITING for a TOW truck to come and re-arranged my schedule. AFTER THEY INITIALLY FIXED THE CAR, it broke down on me AGAIN while driving. I was already traumatized from the 1st time that my car broke down on me on the highway.
I had to call over and over to get to the right dept, then they would say someone will call you with an update, which every time never happened. I emailed them with no response half the time, they told me to rent a car and I would be reimbursed back from Hyundai corporate, well that was absolute HELL trying to GET any money back from corporate. I had to get a lawyer. they should NEVER have told me that I would get reimbursed for a rental car. Avoid at all costs. I feel bad for their future customers.

Poor Service
I received a recall letter for a part for my Hyundai. The letter siad it was a 2 hour job. Having had negative experiences with timely repairs performed at this place. Called for an appointment and was given one approximately 2 weeks. That would have been august 24th at 1:30 pm and dropped it off on time. I received a call from the dealer that yes the part needed to be replaced but it was not in stock. (You'd think that since it is a national recall, the part should already in stock) However I was told I d be notified when the part would come in. I received notice the part was in within 7 days. I made another appt. to have the part installed on 9/15/21 at 10:30am. I brought the car in at 10am. I was told I was welcomed to wait, but having had delays before I went home. They will call when the car was ready, it is now 9/16/21 4 pm. still not ready. I called today at 11am and was assured the car would be ready shortly. This is the worst service department its ever been my experience to deal with. This is not the first car I ve ever bought, I must have purchased 20 new cars in my life, and this is by far the worst dealer service I have ever experienced. I would suggest that if you must use this dealer for service, only do it for warranty or recall work If you have pay for work, take it somewhere else.While writing this review, I got a call at 4:10pm my car was finally ready.

Playing bad games
I was a customer of this service place for three years. I was charged a very high amount for a regular yearly service and mentioned it in my review afterwards. Later, I was given a call and was promised that they will send me a courtesy check of one hundred dollars if I change my review to a positive one. Since then no check. Instead I was given a car fax account that we didn’t even agree on. This place is playing bad games that I don’t like at all.

Worst sales experience ever
A while back on another service I posted that I had been disappointed with my sales experience at Lynnes Hyundai. I walked in with a quote on the car I wanted to buy, which was binding for 30 days, and was told the quote would not be honored because they wanted $2,000 more. I also walked in with a verbal commitment that I would be paid 120% of book value for my car. Kelley Blue Book value was $9,600ish, so the trade in should have been $11,500ish. I was told that promise also would not be honored; I got $9,800. I was told that the manager had reviewed the car and that if they paid the $11,500 they would lose money. We fudged with the numbers and came up with a price I could live with, mainly because my daughter really wanted the car, but once you break your word it's hard to get my trust back.

There was a minor scratch on the car. I was told when I came in to pick up my registration they would buff out the scratch.

So all in all not a great experience, but not the worst experience.

But HOLD ON it goes downhill from there.

While Lynnes said it would lose money on my car if they paid me the $11,500 they had promised, I see my car for sale on the Lynnes website for $13,695. So that was a lie. That annoyed me.

But when I went in to pick up my registration the poop started to hit the fan.

I went in and was told that, because the salesman and the manager had not filed the necessary paperwork to authorize the minor repair, I would have to come back when the salesman was there and talk to him.

Next day I went back and talked to the salesman. He said to me "thanks for the review, you killed me" and then turned his back and walked away. I tried to follow and talk to him to get this minor repair, and he actually closed a door in my face. I asked to speak to a manager, and the salesman went outside. He started venting about me, not realizing that he was standing next to my daughter who heard him call me a "fucking troll" and other nice things.

Eventually, the repair was made. I thanked the manager and said I would not be back, this was the worst sales experience of my life.

So yes, I bought a $40,000 car from Lynnes Hyundai, got lied to and treated with incredible disrespect. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

A few final thoughts. Lynnes has some guys walking around the parking lot with shirts that read "Valet." You might think that means the valets will park your car. You would be wrong. They either just stare at you or tell you you can't park where you parked.

Also, when I posted my original review on Google, Lynnes responded with a post that the manager wanted to talk to me about my experience, please call. I did call; it's been two weeks and the manager never called back.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Oil Change
I am very disappointed. I got an oil change here - whoever did my oil change DID NOT put the valve back on tightly and I almost BLEW MY ENGINE because my car was leaking oil!
