I received a new 2023 Subaru 6 months ago from Michael's Subaru, in which I inquired about my first service/oil change, where my request was ignored by the Service Manager. I felt that getting this done at the dealership I purchased from was the right thing to do. I brought my car in with only 2000 miles on it, and was left with a car that was leaking oil. I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic to have it inspected and fixed. While getting a service as SIMPLE as an oil change was all that I needed, Michael's Subaru could not do this correctly, in which I had to pay to have my car serviced twice and my 6 month old car fixed.
If you care about how your car runs, I would like to reiterate that there are other Subaru dealerships out there that may not lie to you and ignore your requests because they do not know how to handle it. Even after I found out that their service did not complete a simple oil change correctly, I did not want to write a bad review. After a month of my request to resolve the payment for an incorrect job, I find myself here with the worst customer experience I have ever had. PS - their worker stalled out in front of me while taking my car to the garage
