We initially went to drive a used Honda and since a new Hyundai Tucson was also on the lot we drove that as well. Our salesman didn’t pressure us at all which was nice. We made our decision and purchased the Tucson. Once we came in to pickup the car and sign the paperwork we felt like we were almost rushed and an afterthought. For instance even though the salesman met us twice and I filled out numerous forms. Hyundai, XM radio and, your dealership still think my wife’s name is Carl
And I felt rushed in the overview of the car and we learned more on our own and from videos than we did from Matt.

Great experience highly recommended
Anthony Tanzini at Miller Honda/Hyundai is an exceptional member of their sales team. He’s personable and approachable and really listens to what you’re looking for without trying to pressure you into something you don’t want. My current lease was ending and I went in to see what my options were. He, along with his finance team, was able to help me drive away with the exact vehicle I was looking for including my “wish list” items, all at the right price for my budget. Good experience despite of some mishaps
I was buying my first car and overall, my experience was good. Maybe it's because this is seller's market and there are no cars and those that arrive are already pre-sold, but there was no pushiness from anyone at the dealership. They know that if I don't buy the car, someone else will in a day or two. Also, no negotiation on price for the same reason.
I dealt with Matt and it was a very pleasant experience.
The only downside was that my car arrived slightly damaged in transportation, which stinks but it's not really the dealership fault (probably). They were very quick trying to fix it. So, it delayed the process for 2 days.
Other than that, everything was smooth and easy. Test ride, financing, registration... All the paperwork took maybe 2 hrs. Not too bad.
The Miller Hyundai team is very professional and friendly. I have been leasing through them for years. This is actually my third lease. My first lease was in 2016 and I leased a 2017 Elantra. My second lease was in 2019 and I leased another Elantra. I just leased my third time and this one is a 2022 Venue which I’m starting to fall in love with ❤️ Not only would I recommend my dealer for a car, I would recommend a Hyundai car as they have other car brands at my location.
Miller Auto has always been a great local dealership. Anthony Tanzini and the whole sales staff were great to work with. I highly recommend them. I have purchased eight cars from Miller Auto, including two Palisades in 17 months. I wouldn’t keep going back if they weren’t the best.
